Oshkosh Corporation recently announced its plans to locate at the Warren Business Center in Warren, Michigan and bring approximately 190 high paying research and development jobs to its new Research and Development facility. The new facility owned by Leedership, LLC an affiliate of ProVisions, LLC, will be used by Oshkosh as a research and develop facility as a result of the United States Army awarding Oshkosh with a $3 Billion contract to manufacture the new Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) fleet.
